Initial Analysis and Findings
The first thing we did was audit the entire Google Business Profile to find out the problem with this suspension. We checked information such as Business name, category, Address, and phone number which was consistent with supporting documents or not. And found out that their Google Business Profile suspension was not due to this business information because every information they have given is consistent. It was due to an account–level restriction.

We audited their Google Business Profile by checking the business name, category, location, placement of the map pin, and contact details.
2. The issue is not because of the Business Details
Identified that the problem is not in the business information because all information in the Google Business Profile is accurate and authentic.
3. Discovered the Problem of the Suspension
After a thorough analysis, we found out that the issue was caused by an account-level restriction and it happened due to a policy violation.
4. Addressed the Issue
Since the Google Business Profile was under an account–level restriction, we completely changed the Profile’s account and moved it to a new Google account; then we submitted the appeal with proper documents to confirm the business authorization.
