Fixing Phone Number Invisibility Issue for Chetak Ambegon (Wonder Wings)’s Google Business Profile.

Business Overview

Business Name: Chetak Ambegaon (Wonder Wings)
Owner: Bhanu Waradhwaj
Location: Maharashtra
Service Area: Pune, Ambegaon
Year Established: 2025

GBP SEO currently manages and optimises Chetak Ambegon (Wonder Wing)’s Google Business Profile, a Chetak dealership branch in Pune. They specialise in selling Chetak electric vehicles.

Problem

Chetak Ambegon initially consulted us for business promotion. During an in-depth audit, we found that the business’s phone number was not visible in the client’s Google Business Profile. As they operate in a competitive market and most of their customers prefer phone consultations, the phone number not being visible on GBP affected their sales.

Solution

With the help of a detailed audit, we identified the root cause of this phone number invisibility issue. As NAP (Number, Address, Phone Number) was inconsistent online, the phone number did not appear on their Google Business Profile. Hence, we updated the precise address in GBP to be consistent with other sources. Submitted a new appeal to the Google Support Team with an updated GBP address and documentation matching the address. The status was monitored regularly to check updates and take relevant actions.

Result

Google Support Team accepted our appeal, and as a result, the WhatsApp button was visible within 3 days. The phone number was displayed in Chetak Ambegon’s Google Business Profile and could be accessed by customers. The leads increased, sales improved, and their profile gained online credibility. Being fully satisfied with GBP SEO’s efficiency, the client also opted for our Google Sponsored Ads and Profile Optimisation services.

Conclusion

To conclude, by analysing the core issues in the client’s GBP account, we were able to come up with the right solution and fix it effectively. Today, the Chetak Ambegon (Wonder Wings) Google Business Profile is fully optimised with regular quality posts; its ranking has improved, and it is credible online.
