About the Business

Art Vatika Institute is a professional art and craft training institute located in Faridabad, Haryana. The institute offers specialised training in candle making and handcrafted art, serving students, hobbyists, and creative entrepreneurs.

Along with training services, the business expanded into retail through Artikamart, a candle store operating from the same location, making Google Business Profile optimisation critical for accurate local search visibility.

The Challenge (Problem Statement)

Before working with us, Art Vatika Institute faced serious challenges with its Google Business Profile (GBP) due to business expansion and multiple listings at the same address.

Key issues included:

Google Business Profile suspension during new listing creation
Continuous Google Business Profile re-verification loop
Loss of 400+ Google reviews, impacting trust and rankings
Incorrect or unstable business categories
Difficulty managing two Google Business Profiles at one location

These issues reduced Google Maps visibility and limited local leads from Google Search.

Initial Analysis & Findings

We conducted a detailed Google Business Profile audit and local SEO analysis, which revealed:

Google algorithm confusion caused by dual business listings
Missing verification clarity for the second business profile
Reviews temporarily hidden due to profile trust issues
Category mismatches affecting Google Maps ranking
Competitors with better-optimized GBP listings gaining visibility

This analysis helped us design a Google Business Profile optimisation strategy focused on compliance and recovery.

Strategy & Solution Implemented

We implemented a structured Google Business Profile optimization and recovery strategy, including:

Google Business Profile suspension resolution
Correct verification for both business entities
Primary and secondary category optimisation
Restoration of missing Google reviews
Profile separation for institute and retail store
Local SEO alignment for Google Maps and Google Search
Ongoing monitoring to prevent future issues

All actions strictly followed Google Business Profile guidelines to ensure long-term stability and rankings.

Results & Impact

After proper Google Business Profile optimisation, both listings achieved stable local visibility.

Results achieved:

Google Business Profile fully restored for Art Vatika Institute
400+ Google reviews successfully recovered
Artikamart candle store live on Google Search and Maps
Two verified businesses operating at the same address
Improved local trust and Google Maps visibility
