How GBP SEO Resolved Legpragmatism Intellectual Services Google Business Profile’s Prolonged Verification Issue

Business Overview

Business Name: Legpragmatism Intellectual Services

Category: Law Firm

Owner: Adv. Jaykishan V. Bhopala

Location: Gujarat

Service Area: Surat, Gujarat

Years in Business: 12+ years

GBP SEO helped Legpragmatism Intellectual Services, a well-established Law Firm in Gujarat, to solve their Google Business Profile’s verification issue.

Problem

Legpragmatism Intellectual Services, owned by Adv. Jaykishan V. Bhopala, is a renowned law firm operating for more than a decade and has a strong Google Business Profile with around 700 genuine reviews. Although they were authentic and had a good online presence, their Google Business Profile had verification issues. They lost control over GBP and could not make updates or reply to profile reviews. The client tried fixing the issue themselves and reached out to other agencies, but they were unable to resolve it.

Solution

Our GBP SEO team analysed the client’s Google Business Profile to find the causes of verification issues. We fixed the NAP (Name, Phone Number, Address) inconsistency and got the profile verified via Google’s video process within 24 hours. But soon after, a repeat verification error was triggered, and the profile was not listed on our dashboard. We realised that this is not a verification issue, but a backend technical fault. Rather than resubmitting appeals, we contacted the Google Support team via a live video call to explain the issue and provide supporting documents to demonstrate the business’s legitimacy.

Results

After the live call and consistent follow-up, Google’s technical team resolved the issue, and the GBP was verified. The client regained complete control over their profile and did not face re- verification issues. The client was finally relieved after struggling with this issue for more than 6 months.

Conclusion

Despite operating for over 12 years as a successful Law Firm and having a strong Google Business Profile, Legpragmatism Intellectual Services battled with verification issues for more than 6 months. Our GBP SEO specialists identified issues with the profile and, after correcting the NAP inconsistencies, contacted the Google Support team to report the technical issues rather than resubmit. The profile was verified, and the client got complete control over their GBP. The client was fully satisfied with our complete support throughout the process.
